Every product we sell is a digital download, delivered instantly. No physical goods are sold and nothing ships, so there is nothing to send back.

All sales are final once downloaded

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final once your file has been downloaded or accessed. Download activity is recorded on every order.

We will refund you if

You haven't downloaded yet — request within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full, no questions asked.
The file is faulty — it won't open, is corrupted, or is missing content, and we can't fix or replace it within 48 hours.
Duplicate purchase — an accidental double-charge is refunded immediately.

We cannot refund

Change of mind after the file has been downloaded.
Incompatibility with your device or software — please check the product page requirements (e.g. a PDF reader, GoodNotes/Notability, Canva) before buying.
Partial refunds on orders under $5.

How to request a refund

Use the Support page or email devonwagers@icloud.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and your download access is then deactivated.
